Mercury will be visible above the western horizon at sunset this month but stays relatively low.
Venus re-emerges over the western horizon this month but stays low. Toward the end of the month Mercury closes in and the passes Venus.

Mars is easily visible high over the southeastern horizon at sunrise. This month Mars increases slightly in apparent magnitude as it moves from Cancer and Leo. Watch Mars skim across the stars of the open cluster known as the Beehive Cluster on the 1st and 2nd.
Jupiter reaches opposition at the end of the month so it will be rising at around sunset and will be visible all night setting at around sunrise.
Saturn is in conjunction with the Sun this month and will not be visible this month. However by the end of the month Saturn will re-appear in the pre-sunrise hours before the Sun rises
