Qué tal in the Current Skies Comes to an End

You found me.
This is my temporary location until I figure what's next. I started Qué tal during the last half of the 1980s as regular postings to the Big Sky Telegraph web sit in Montana. This was during 'dial-up' days and had me connect via a 1200 bps modem. I could also connect via the Heartland BBS system hosted at Bradley University in Peoria, IL. That put me on a Unix-based system where download speeds were as fast or almost as fast as today's broadband. But that was high speeds bringing the file to a local connection where the download speed was whatever the modem could do.
Things changed over the next few years, into the 90s, as the WWW and the Netscape Navigator browser evolved. The rest is history as my Qué tal web site also evolved with the WWW and after more than 30 years it's time for me to call it quits.
Why?
Due to rising web domain hosting costs and a sudden 87-day hospital experience I decided to bring my current skies web site to a close. However I had not considered all of the sub-domains and folders that used the currentsky.com URL. That included my e-mail! So I found a domain hosting company with a price I could afford and here I am.
