Mercury is visible over the eastern horizon before sunrise for about the first two weeks of the month before moving behind the Sun into superior conjunction.
Venus is visible over the eastern horizon before sunrise for the entire month, and reaches its greatest western elongation on the 3rd.
Mars is low over the southwest horizon at sunset and sets about an hour later.
Jupiter rises around mid-afternoon and is high above the southern horizon at sunset, and is still visible over the western horizon at sunrise.
Saturn rises around the time of local sunset as it reaches opposition on the 15th, thus being visible all night, setting at around the local time for sunrise.

Dwarf Planet Ceres is too close to the Sun and will not be visible until later this summer in the morning skies before the Sun rises.
